Well needless to say that we could not believe what we were hearing. We left thinking everything was fine, but on the contrary, we attempted to book a room at the next Harrahs property and we were told that we were banned from all Harrahs properties. The waiter again said that would be no problem and that he would take care of the technicalities. Nonetheless, we were pretty exaspeated by now and we ask them to package the meals to take back to our rooms. At the time, I forgot to mention that my husband and I both had cards and that they should be able to at least get one comp per player. After he brings the meals and we began eating, he says that he was unable to get another comp. He said, that it should be no problem that he would go ahead and bring us the meals. 30 minutes the waiter comes out and says that he can only comp one of the dinners, so we ask him to check back with the host since the meals were already prepared and getting cold. They said that would be no problem, so after ordering and waiting approx. At the end of a evening of spending in the casino, we ask for a dinner. Were were comped a room as 7 Star players.

We want be staying at this location again, comped or not.ģ years ago we stopped at the Harrahs in Coucil Bluffs. The ladies at the cashiers desk couldn't be bothered to print my wife a replacement Total Rewards card.

The Blackjack dealer had long stringy hair that appeared not to have been washed in a couple of weeks, and his attitude was terrible. Beverage service in the casino was non existent also. There was a food truck parked at the front door, where no one was eating. The whole establishment had a dirty feel to it, not to mention the drunk lady laying in the hallway on the fifth floor. The rooms are old and outdated, and the stuffing in the tiny pillows was non existent. Room wasn't ready at 5 pm, and when we went back there was no one at the check in desk for a good 5 minutes. It all started with the crumbling parking lot, which was filled with trash, and went downhill from there. For those that rate this place above a 3, you don't get out much.
